One of my favorite desserts to make, though I don't take the time for it very often, are hamburger cookies. They're super easy, just a little time consuming. No matter where I've taken them, they are always well received and disappear. I took them to small group last week and didn't have any leftovers to bring home!
Ingredients:
Vanilla Wafers
Grasshopper Cookies
Frosting
Food coloring to make "cheese", "mustard", "lettuce", "tomato/ketchup"

Oh...my...DOGNESS! Those might be the cutest cookies I've ever seen in my whole entire life! I wish I could have one. But mom says no cuz of the chocolate. Guess I'll just have to settle for a real hamburger instead. Oh, well.

I see that in the family cookbook and just smile. I really should make them with the kids. Maybe I will suggest that to Maria for our next "cook together" time. :)
