We had a good trip to the vet yesterday. Flash and Ollie weigh the exact same and had the same temperature...strange! They both behaved very well and the vet wasn't too concerned. They are being treated as if they got into some plants or something like that. We have three pills to give them, along with some liquid medicine. The liquid medicine is not very fun to give to them, especially Flash. I added it to Ollie's food and sweet potato last night and this morning, which he gobbled up. I tried that with Flash and she just walked away from it. So, she got it shot down her throat with a syringe...I don't think she liked that too well!
We slept much better last night, though we still went out a few times. I think we're slowly starting to see some improvement. Or, at least I hope we are! I just want to sleep in my own bed again!

YAY! I am SO happy everybuddy is starting to feel better! Tell Flash she's better take her medicine like a good little basset hound.

Poor babies! Glad that they are getting some medicine and hoping that does the trick quickly!
glad to hear things are going better. our dogs launch big protests (aka hissy fits) when they have to take medicine, too.
