I have clearly been a poor blogger this summer. I could give all kinds of excuses though, believe me! I spent 9 long days working at our County Fair for the hospital...I clocked about 60 hours that week. Overtime is a great thing! :) Then, last Monday, summer officially ended. Volleyball is back in full swing and I couldn't be happier! Though I was dreading it initially, I am really excited and enjoying it. I've said it before but this time might be the truth...I've got the greatest girls you could ask for. They want to work hard and they want to be successful. Who wouldn't want to coach them...I am lucky!

But, the biggest news of all that's been in the works for a bit...we're moving! D got a new job here...

He will only be the Women's Golf coach. No more basketball, no more teaching; all for better pay and more freedom. What's even better is the location...Boca Raton, FL! Finally, no more snow and cold weather!! We are extremely excited about this new opportunity!

You can find the official Lynn release here and the BC release here. I'm awfully proud of this guy! It's a huge challenge, but it is something we're ready for. D will leave on the 25th for good and will come back to help me move everything else after volleyball season is over. Come November, we will become Florida residents. Crazy!!

But, I'm not sure if these two fully grasp what's going on. When D asked Ollie if he wanted to move, all he got in response was some growling and rumbling. I don't know if it was positive or negative though! I'm not sure if I'm ready to tackle the task of moving them. That's a lot of time in the car for these two!
