Whirlwind

It seems like the past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind! Between work, volleyball and trying to corral the Dynamic Duo, time is flying!

I did get to see my hubby this past weekend!  We had a couple of important wedding so I picked him up Friday morning in Indy then drove to St. Louis.  It was a lot of fun to be a part of Steph's wedding.  I of course failed to take any pictures to commemorate the event. It was a little weird not knowing anyone at her wedding besides a handful of people.  We still enjoyed ourselves!

Sunday, we left the Lou and headed back to Indy. D met with a golf recruit then we hustled to get ready for another wedding.  We were both really excited for this wedding since it was one of his former golfers.  These girls are so special to us and it was fun to see almost all of them back together.

Still haven't sold the house, but we've had a couple of positive showings and we do have friends who want to do a rent to own process. So, I feel good about things...just want to get it finalized!

The Dynamic Duo are enjoying life.  They spent EVERY day at Camp last week and also a couple days this week.  I could tell yesterday morning that Flash needed a break so they stayed home today.  One of our former golfers was coming over to let them out and hang out for a bit.  They've been exhausted almost every day.  It's great for me!  Flash had some severe allergies last week so off to the vet we went.  She got her typical prednisone and seems better. Unfortunately, prednisone makes her extremely thirsty and when she's exhausted she has accidents without realizing it.  Tuesday night I had to wash our sheets, then a couple hours later had to strip the guest bed, then just finished the night on the couch.  Not much sleep in our house that night! But, I think we're doing better.
